Our Government... or Our Citizens??

I was wondering what the Libertarian viewpoint on this would be.. since they are for open boarders, but they are also for the freedom and liberty of the people...

Personally, I think it's so wrong I don't even care to comment... If any of our citizens, at any given time were caught "sending intelligence to another country" they would be considered as a traitor... Somehow, I miss the exception for our government here. Aren't they supposed to protect our borders and our citizens inside them; to ally with them, and not be in league against them??
